Coach Success & Retention
Help coaches stay connected, build confidence, and put their training into practice through ongoing support and collaboration.
Bob,
As a fellow CareerCOACH, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of building a successful coaching business. I've also seen the wealth of knowledge, training, and experience that exists across the CareerCOACH network, and the opportunity to make those resources more accessible and valuable to every coach.
With that in mind, I'd like to propose a no-cost, 45-day pilot of the CareerCOACH Network: a private community portal designed to help coaches connect, communicate, and collaborate while drawing on the resources and expertise already available across the network.
I look forward to discussing the proposal with you and exploring the opportunity to put the pilot into practice.
Four priorities stand out as opportunities to strengthen the CareerCOACH network, support individual coaches, and help their businesses grow.

The CareerCOACH Network would bring meetings, training, resources, and coach conversations into one private space, built around how the team already works. Here’s how it could support the four priorities outlined above.

We’d start with a focused internal pilot: about five coaches, one sponsor, and one existing training topic. The preview below illustrates how training, resources, and conversations could come together in practice.
The proposed 45-day pilot would cover the scope outlined below, subject to agreement with CareerCOACH Services. Additional services and integrations would be scoped separately.

Pilot idea: no cost for 45 days, about five coaches, a sponsor and one topic. Wider features would be scoped separately.
One 45-day pilot, at no charge, built around a single topic CareerCOACH Services already teaches.
Feedback on how easy it is to access, how usable it feels, and how useful coaches find it.
The pilot is intended to assess access, usability, and usefulness. It is not designed to establish revenue or retention outcomes within 45 days. The agreed pilot would be provided at no charge to CareerCOACH Services.
The next step is a conversation about the pilot: what would make it worthwhile for CareerCOACH Services and its affiliated coaches, and what wouldn't. No commitment is needed to talk.
