CareerCOACH Services — Executive Invitation v2
A proposal for Bob Britz

Unlock the Full Potential of the CareerCOACH Network

Bob,

As a fellow CareerCOACH, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of building a successful coaching business. I've also seen the wealth of knowledge, training, and experience that exists across the CareerCOACH network, and the opportunity to make those resources more accessible and valuable to every coach.

With that in mind, I'd like to propose a no-cost, 45-day pilot of the CareerCOACH Network: a private community portal designed to help coaches connect, communicate, and collaborate while drawing on the resources and expertise already available across the network.

I look forward to discussing the proposal with you and exploring the opportunity to put the pilot into practice.

The Priorities

Four Priorities. One Network.

Four priorities stand out as opportunities to strengthen the CareerCOACH network, support individual coaches, and help their businesses grow.

Coach Success & Retention

Help coaches stay connected, build confidence, and put their training into practice through ongoing support and collaboration.

Leverage & Scale Resources

Make the network’s training, tools, and collective experience easier to find, share, and use as the team grows.

Brand Awareness & Client Relationships

Help coaches stay visible, communicate their value, and maintain client relationships that support repeat business and referrals.

Capture & Monetize Thought Leadership

Turn insights from meetings and conversations into reusable resources, training, and potential new offerings.

The Idea

One Connected Network. Supporting Your Four Priorities.

The CareerCOACH Network would bring meetings, training, resources, and coach conversations into one private space, built around how the team already works. Here’s how it could support the four priorities outlined above.

We’d start with a focused internal pilot: about five coaches, one sponsor, and one existing training topic. The preview below illustrates how training, resources, and conversations could come together in practice.

The proposed 45-day pilot would cover the scope outlined below, subject to agreement with CareerCOACH Services. Additional services and integrations would be scoped separately.

The next step

Let's Test It Together

One 45-day pilot, at no charge, built around a single topic CareerCOACH Services already teaches.

45 daysA short, focused pilot
About 5 coachesChosen by CareerCOACH Services
1 sponsorFrom CareerCOACH Services
1 topicAn existing approved training or master class

What coaches would try

  • A recording with a few related resources
  • A small structured learning module
  • One or two short lessons on the topic, if the source material suits
  • A related coach discussion

What the pilot is for

Feedback on how easy it is to access, how usable it feels, and how useful coaches find it.

The pilot is intended to assess access, usability, and usefulness. It is not designed to establish revenue or retention outcomes within 45 days. The agreed pilot would be provided at no charge to CareerCOACH Services.

The next step is a conversation about the pilot: what would make it worthwhile for CareerCOACH Services and its affiliated coaches, and what wouldn't. No commitment is needed to talk.

Looking Beyond the Pilot

If the pilot proves useful, we could discuss other ways to support CareerCOACH and its coaches.

Managed Services

Help keep the Network useful day to day by organizing approved resources, supporting coach engagement, and keeping training and events current.

AI Training

Offer practical training to help coaches and the CareerCOACH team use AI thoughtfully in their work, with examples tied to real coaching and business needs.

Custom Applications

Design focused tools around CareerCOACH workflows, from guided learning experiences to coach or client applications, when there is a clear need.

These are possible services to explore after the pilot. Any work would be agreed and scoped separately.
